Warranty, Returns, and Terms of Sale

All units are covered under 12 Months Australian warranty, unless otherwise directly specified so you can buy with confidence and the knowledge that technical support staff are at your disposal.

In the rare case that a unit fails or has a manufacturing based fault please contact us immediately,  all returns must be authorised by the company prior to the customer shipping the item back to us, please be advised that if you don’t not have  RA (return authorisation ) number the goods will not be accepted by us or the manufactures so please contact right away if you are experiencing any issues so we can resolve them for you.

Please make sure to hold on to your original packaging  that  the unit was shipped to you in as you will need this to ship it back to us for inspection and servicing, please note that in some cases you may need to ship the item directly back to the manufacturer  / distributor ( Australian based) .

Please note, we strongly recommend to use a professional installer to install your car audio equipment. While most equipment is easy to install, some car models may differ and in that case some expert help is required. Returns are not accepted if a professional help is not sought by the customer. (Installation Instructions are not included with item).

Please note, the buyer is responsible for all freight cost and insurance back to us, good that are damaged in transit on the way back to us are not covered, but if the unit is deemed to have a factory fault return shipping and insurance is payable by us !

Due to the large volume of goods that we ship and the deep discount prices that we offer to our users, all sales are final, an non-refundable so please choose carefully, and if you any questions before you purchase or if you are unsure of anything please ask our customer support, technical support or sales support teams to clarify anything for you, we are 100% here to help.

We charge 20% Restocking FEE when there is no product fault, a professional installer was not consulted, customer failed to return the original packing and where a damage was caused by the customer.
