At Extnix, we don’t just say low prices we aim to live them.

Our Price Beat Guarantee (PBG) means that if you find a lower priced identical stocked item that's in stock with a competitor (even if it's on sale), we will not only match it, we'll beat it by 5%.

Don’t forget our price guarantee excludes the items listed below under the heading “What items are excluded from the PBG?”.

How do I obtain the 5% reduction?

This can be a catalogue clipping, screenshot, webpage or similar.

2. Let us know

Give us a call or email us with your record of the cheaper price

3. Match and Save

Once approved, we’ll give you 5% off the matched price.

What items does the 5% reduction apply to?

Our guarantee applies to all identical products:

Stocked at EXTNIX
In stock at our competitor; and
Not excluded from the PBG (see below).

What is excluded from the Price Beat Guarantee?

It is below our cost price.
Offers which include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages.
Pricing with included installation.
Offers not available to the general public - including trade, special event, club or membership offers.
Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration, backorders, pre-orders or display products.
Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction, dropshippers, overseas sellers or classifieds websites.
Products delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor.
Products with no defined delivery time and/or extended delivery times e.g. 7-21 days.
Products not being shipped from an Australian location.
Pricing errors.
Products with pricing set significantly lower than market value.
The competitor's offer must be verifiable by Extnix.
